This website and its contents are owned by Missprint Media Pty Ltd, which publishes Youkie magazine in Australia. When you access and use this website, including buying products, you are subject to the following terms and conditions.

Pricing

Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and include GST, unless stated otherwise. We may amend our prices from time to time.

Payment

All payments made via this website are managed by the PayPal payments platform. Your payment details are processed and stored securely by PayPal. Missprint Media does not process payments or store your credit card details.

When you make a payment, you’re confirming that you are the credit card holder or that you have permission from the cardholder to order from us.

We will take payment on receipt of your order and this occurs immediately online. If payment cannot be processed, your order won’t be fulfilled.

Delivery

Youkie is published four times a year in March, June, September and December. We ship orders within Australia via Australia Post.

If you choose to subscribe from our next issue, delivery may take up to 14 weeks. Once your subscription starts, deliveries can be expected every 12 weeks (approximately).

Current and back issues are mailed within six working days.

If incorrect delivery information is supplied, we’re not responsible for any consequences that arise, including returned or undelivered mail. If you are a subscriber and the mailing address for your subscription changes, be sure to notify us as soon as possible.

Mail that’s returned or undelivered through no fault of the subscriber may be resent at our discretion.

Non-renewing subscriptions

Flat-rate subscription orders (4 issues/12 months and 2 issues/6 months) are considered final and non-refundable after the time of purchase.

Renewing subscriptions

For your convenience, we offer a recurring quarterly subscription option (pay as you go). This means the subscription renews after each issue of Youkie is released (in March, June, September and December). We receive an initial payment for one issue at the time of your order, and subsequent payments are processed automatically via PayPal on the same date every three months.

You can opt out of your recurring subscription whenever you wish via PayPal. Note that you will receive one final issue after the subscription has been cancelled.

This option is available for subscriptions delivered within Australia only.

Privacy

When you place an order, you need to provide your full name, mailing address, email address and phone number for delivery and customer service purposes. We take due care with this information; however, in providing us with this information you accept that Misprint Media isn’t liable for any misuse arising from an error in transmission, a virus or malware.
